Abstract
Empirical study was carried out for new generation migrant workers of Kunming in Yunnan Province, and pointed out that there were obvious characteristics in the aspects of learning objective, learning content, learning costs, willingness to learn and learning styles, etc. , and they were affected by subjective psychology, economic income, social network and other individual factors and inadequate supply of education and training of society.关键词
