摘要
Abstract
Based on a case study on inheritance dispute in L village, the analysis and reflection are given in a professional view of sociology and law, the results indicates that descry the course, the background of the dispute and preview the further results after the dispute be settled then; vigilantly having the awareness that the informal social control system may seriously rob some poor people' s rights by law;and the advancing process of justice system in the rural area should be pushed and participated by the government as well as all the social members in the proper time and using the proper social events, making unremitting efforts to construct a core socialist value system.关键词
