Abstract
The status of absorption of township enterprises for rural surplus labor was introduced, and causes for insufficient absorption were analyzed, finally, it was put forward that the government and enterprises should take active measures for reform and optimization in order to gradually improve the absorption ability for rural surplus labor.关键词
