摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To study technology improvenient for solving the sieve mesh plugging by tiny cut tobacco and causing sieving efficiency decreases and dust content and loss of tobacco from cigarette end exceeds of vibrating grizzly before cut leaf tobacco flavoured. [ Method ] Added a sieve mesh for 4.0 mm diameter in the upper layer vibrating screen,sieving cut tobacco firstly;And the second sieve mesh diameter still keeped unchange, positioned spring rolls hung and rubber tube in the second sieve mesh below, knocked on sieve mesh in its athletic process, prevented the ja mming to the sieve mesh. [ Result]The whole silk screening machine vibration rate of improved mixed filament tobacco was 1.69 percentage points,broken wire tate decreased 1.41 percentage points,cigarettes reduced the amount of wire end tribal 3.29 mg,cigarette end rate 1.02 percentage points lower,somke support significantly improved the stability of physical indicators,effective solution to screen blockage. [Conlusion] The method was simple and easy to implement,lessexpensive,screening effect,increased cigarette tobacco and physical indicators of structural stability and had a very good use value.关键词
