摘要
Abstract
The paper reviews and analyzes the existing studies on the following four aspects: the theoretical basis of compensation for farmland protection; the relationship among external benefits of cultivated land, dual failure of the government and market compensation; policies and measures ralated to market compensation design of compensation mechanism for farmland protection. As indicated by the results, since farmland protection is gradually becoming the national and social focus, the relevant studies on farmland protection system have developed rapidly, great achievements have been made in the studies on market compensation especially the compensation for farmland compensation, but the study content, range and methods still need to be improved and discussed.关键词
