摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the control browning methods of Phalaenopsis hybrid explants. [Method] The pedicels, axilla-ries buds and aseptic seeding leaves were selected and planted in different circumstances including of darkness treatment 、 temperature and additive. [ Result] Darkness treatment was effective to control browning of Phalaenopsis hybrid explants and the proper temperature of controlling browning was 20-25 ℃ ; The best additive was potato in this experiment. [Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the large scale production of Phalaenopsis hybrid.关键词
