摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The Research aimed to explore improving the percent conversion of Chinese cabbage through pollen tube pathway. [ Method] The Chinese cabbage variety: Dabaicai No. 03 and Yuqing being taken as experimental material, the parameters of the germination pollen treated by buffer and ultrasonic was analyzed. [ Results ] The best buffer for cabbage pollen germination was the sucrose of 200 g/L + boric acid of 100 mg/L + calcium nitrate of 200mg/L and the preferred processing parameters was the ultrasonic power of 150w, the working time of 5 seconds, the time interval of 5 seconds, the processing time of 8 seconds. Under the selection concentration of 200 mg/L of Kanamy-cin, 3 Tl plants were obtained. [Conclusion] The experiment laid the basis for further genetic transformation of Chinese cabbage.
