ScMYB原核蛋白诱导表达的影响因素研究
Study on Influence Factor of Prokaryotic Expression of ScMYB Protein
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] Optimization of prokaryotic expression of ScMYB protein. [ Method] Prolmryotic expression plasmid ScMYB;: pEASY-El was constructed, the effects of various induction conditions on the expression were studied,including time,temperature ,0Dm; and the using concentration of inductor IFTC. [Result] Concentration of inductor IPTC have no influence on expression of target protein, but have to do with induction time,teraperalure,OD600. [ Conclusion] The highest expression of target protein to appear on 37 ℃ ,4 h and OD600 up to 0.6 ~ 1.0.关键词
