乙烯利在黄瓜杂交制种中的应用
Application of Ethephonn to the Cross Breeding of Cucumber
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To research the application of ethephon to the cross breeding of cucumber. [Method] The hybrid seed yield and quality and other related traits in cucumber were investigated by treating the female parent seedlings with 80, 100 and 133 μl/L ethephon for 2 -3 times. [Result] Using 80 -100 μ/L ethephon twice on female parent of cucumber at the stage of two-leaf and four-leaf seedling could efficiently increase female flower node ratio with lower many female flowers node ratio, and improved average seed yield per plant and thousand seed weight. [Conclusion] The appropriate concentration and times of ethephon had been ascertained, which could be applied in hybrid seed production of Lvdao 3 greenhouse in autumn crop.关键词
