老瓜头内生真菌LGT-LA代谢产物研究
Study on the Chemical Constituents of Endophytic Fungus LGT-L4 from Cynanchum komarovii
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to provide references for using C. Komarovii and its endophytic fungus scientifically. [Methods] Constituents were isolated from ethyl acetate portion of endophytic fungus LGT-L4 leavening from C. Komarovii by modern chromatographic techniques and their structures were determined by physic-chemical evidences and spectroscopic methods such as NMR and mass spectra. [Results] Five known chemical constituents were isolated from ethyl acetate portion of endophytic fungus LGT-L4]eavening from C. Komarovii, identified as parahydroxybenzaldehyde, uridine, L-focal glutamic acid, focal glutamic acid methyl and sucrose. [Conclusion] The metabolites of endophytic fungus LGT-L4 from C. Komarovii were defined.关键词
