半夏中β-谷甾醇的含量测定
Determination of β-sitosterol in Pinellia ternata ( Thunb.) Breit.by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish a HPLC method for determination of (I-sitosterol in Pinellia ternata( Thunb. ) Breit. [Method] The Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18 column(4.6 mm X 150 mm 5 |j.m)was used,and mobile phase was composed of CH30H. Detection wavelength was at 210 nm, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min, and column temperature was at 35 ℃. [Result] The linear response range from 0. 206 -2.060 μg/ml,r= 0.999 6. The recovery rate was 101.07% (re =5) ,RSD was 2.96%. [Conclusion] The HPLC method was accurate and suitable for the determination of β-sitosterol in Pinellia ternala( Thunb. ) Breit. .关键词
