广西种源红锥栽培群体遗传多样性评价
Evaluation on Genetic Diversity of Cultivated Populations of Guangxi Castanopsis hystrix

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the levels and distribution of genetic variability in cultivated populations of C. Hys-trix. [Method]Genetic diversity in 3 cultivated populations of C. Hystrix was detected by ISSR markers. [Result] 113 bands were generated by 9 ISSR primers, of which 62 bands had polymorphism and 54. 87% bands were polymorphic. The percentage of polymorphic bands (PPF) was from 46.90% to 47. 79% at the population level. Expected heterozygosity (H_pcp) and Shannon's information (I) were 0. 136 6 and 0. 219 8 respectively at specific level. More than 87. 25% of genetic variation occurred within populations, which could be concluded from the low coefficient of genetic differentiation (GST = 0. 127 5). The Nei' s genetic identity (/) ranged from 0. 959 3-0. 976 5. The gene flow (Nm) was 3.423.[Conclusion] The ISSR markers can be used to reveal the levels and distribution of genetic variability in C. Hystrix effectively.关键词
