摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish an analysis method for mesoulfuron-methyl · iodosulfuron-methyl soudiou 3.6% WG by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC). [ Method ] The effective components of mesoulfuron-methyl · Iodosulfuron-methyl soudiou 3.6% WG were analyzed by HPLC with ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 column (4.6 mm x 150.0 mm,5 μn) and DAD detector at 230 nm. [ Result] The linear regression equation of mesoulfuron determined by HPLC within 0. 125 - 2. 000 mg/ml was y = 14 330x - 1 056. 5, R2 =0. 999 2, which showed a good linear relationship; the standard deviations was 0.009 0 (n = 5) ; the coefficients of variation was 0. 286% , and the average recoveries was 99.97% . The linear regression equation of iodosulfuron-methyl soudiou determined by HPLC within 0. 050 - 0. 800 mg/ml was y = 20 574x + 14. 417,R2 =0. 999 8, which showed a good linear relationship; the standard deviations was 0.002 4 (n = 5) ; the coefficients of variation was 0. 371% ,and the average recoveries was 100. 19%. [ Conclusion] The precision and accuracy of the method could satisfy the demand for product quality analysis,so it could be used for the determination and analysis of product quality.关键词
