混菌固态发酵生物饲料的研究
Research on the Solid-state Feed of Mixture Multiple Bacterial Fermentation

Abstract
[Objective ] The optimum condition of the solid-state bio-feed through the fermentation of mixed bacterial organisms was experimented. [ Method] The corn flour, soybean meal, distiller being taken as main raw material, the best ratio of different raw materials after their mixture was determined and the effect of the fermentation temperature, time, inoculation amount, moisture of mixed bacteria, the adding brown sugar and other factors in the fermentation was studied with the method of single factor experiment and response surface method. [ Results] The best condition was the amount of corn flour was 66% ; the soybean meal, 11% ; the distiller, 23% ; the fermentation temperature, 35℃ ; the fermentation time, 48 hours; the amount of brown sugar, 5% ; the content of moisture, 43% and the amount of bacterial inoculation, 9%. [Conclusion] The highest number of bacterial organisms in the feed could be obtained under the condition.关键词
