共轭亚油酸对滩羊免疫应激的影响研究
Study on the Effects of Conjugated Linoleic Acid on the Immune Stress of Tan Sheep
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the immune stress of Tan Sheep. [ Method] Different dose of CLA was added in the diet of Tan Sheep to study the effects of CLA on the immune stress of Tan Sheep. [ Result] The content of serum immunoglobulin (IgG) in Tan Sheep with adding 2% CLA was higher than that with adding 1% CLA. And IgG content in the serum of Tan Sheep with adding 1% CLA was significantly higher than that without adding CLA(P<0.05). The tumor necrosis factor content ( TNF-α) in the serum of Tan Sheep decreased significantly with the increasing of CLA dose in the diet ( P < 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Adding 2% CLA to the diet could effectively alleviate the immune stress response of Tan Sheep.关键词
