利用氯前列烯醇诱导奶牛同期发情及定时输精效果分析
Research on the Cloprostenol-induced Cow Estrus at Same Time and Analysis of Insemination Effectiveness

Abstract
[Objective] The fertility of cow and its multiplication were improved through the establishment of a set of practical techniques of · Cow estrus at same time for shorter calving interval. [Method] The fertility of cow under timed insemination was compared based on the synchronization estrus after different treatments of medicine delivery. [Results] The rate of synchronization cow estrus in the Test Group II and Test Group V with 2 times' cloprostenol injection was significantly higher than that of Test Group I and Test GroupIV (P < 0.01) with 1 time' s cloprostenol injection. The effect of the cloprostenol injected into the cervix was better than others and the rate synchronization estrus and fertility of cow in the Test Group VI (cervical injection for 2 times) were higher than those in Test Group II (intramuscular injection for 2 times) (P > 0. 05 ) and the rate synchronization estrus and fertility of cow in the Test Group IV ( cervical injection for 1 time) was also higher than that in Test Group I (intramuscular injection for 1 time) (P > 0.05 ). The fertility of cow in the Test Group M and the Test Group VI with timed insemination method was significantly higher than that in Test Group II and Test Group V(P <0.05) , there was no difference in the fertility of cow between Test Group Ⅲ and Test Group VI and also between Test Group II and Test Group V · [Conclusion] The method of timed insemination technology can not only eliminate the need for observation of estrus, but also reduce the leakage of insemination because of the identification of estrus and latent estrus. The technique was with high value in practical promotion and application.关键词
