江南水乡农村水网环境冲突及适应性管理探讨——以浙江省嘉善县为例
Research on Environmental Conflict and Adaptive Management of Rural River Network in Southern Yangtze River Area
摘要
Abstract
During its rapid urbanization process, the water environment and river structure of southern Yangtze River area were seriously disturbed by humans. As indicated by the research on the water environment of Jiashan County, the pollution load of its water environment was large, its river network suffered some damages, and its water quality differed in different areas; the effectiveness of rural river network protection was constrained by the conflicts between among different areas as well as the conflicts between urbanization and river network protection, between social economic development and water environment protection, and between livelihood and control of pollution sources; in order to solve the environmental problems and conflicts of rural river network, corresponding adaptive management framework and management objectives were established.关键词
