In vitro Propagation of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To provide reference for the in vitro rapid propagation of Polygonum cuspidatun. [ Method] The apical buds and knotted young stems of Polygonum cuspidatum were selected for the in vitro rapid propagation by tissue culture. [ Result] MS medium and young stems whose every segment had a bud were suitable for rooting induction of Polygonum cuspidatum. The most suitable inducing and rooting medium was MS +0.05 mg/L BA +0. 2 mg/L NAA +5% Potato-juice. The inductive rate was 4-6, rooting rate was above 96% , and survival rate was above 90% . [ Conclusion] The method improved the inductive rate and survival rate of Polygonum cuspidatum to a large extent.关键词
