Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Sedum sp.
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish the tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Sedum sp. , so as to provide basis for rapid propagation and in vitro conservation system of Sedum sp. [ Method] With the tender stems as explains to screen the proper culture medium formula in different periods of growth of Sedum sp. In propagation by tissue culture. [ Result ] The proper initiation culture medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + Sucrose 30 mg/L + Agar 0. 6% ( pH 5. 8 - 6. 0) , the proper multiplication culture medium was MS + 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L+ Sucrose 30 mg/L + Agar 0. 6% (pH 5.8 -6.0),the proper rooting culture medium was 1/2 MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + Sucrose 15 mg/L+ Agar 0.7% (pH 5.8 -6.0). [Conclusion] The established tissue culture and rapid propagation system for Sedum sp. Had good stability and fast propagation rate.关键词
