多效唑对大花萱草的矮化效应研究
Study on Dwarfing Effects of Paclobutrazol( PP333 ) on Hemerocallis middendorfii
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of PP333 on morphology and blossom of H. Middendorfii. [ Method] H. Middendorfii was treated with 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 mg/L growth retardant PP333 by spraying their leaves and irrigating the potted soil. [ Result] The results showed that PP333 had dwarfing effects on plant height. The effects of spraying the leaves were much greater than that of soil irrigation. All treatments restrained the length of scape obviously, and various effects were noted in the flower diameter, scape crude and number of flowers. The optimum dwarfing treatment for H. Middendorfii was the application of 100 mg/L on potted soils. This treatment not only dwarfed the height of plants significantly, but also increaed thescape crude and number of flowers. [ Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for standard cultivation techniques of H. Middendorfii and energy-saving landscape construction.关键词
