喀斯特温和气候区马铃薯脱毒苗不同扦插密度研究
Study on Different Transplanting Density of Virus-free Potato Seedlings in Karst Warm-temperature Region

Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of different transplanting density on growth and development of virus-free potato seedlings and explore the optimal transplanting density. [Method] Six different transplanting densities of 4 cm×3 cm, 6 cm×3 cm, 6 cm×5 cm, 8 cm×5 cm, 8 cm ×7 cm and 10 cm ×7 cm were set up to inspect their impact on the yield and qualified potato rate and plant characters. [ Result] The three treatments of 4 cm ×3 cm, 6 cm ×3 cm and 6 cm ×5 cm were not significantly different, but significantly different from other treatments. The yield was discounted by the qualified potato rate , the yield of qualified potato was the highest of 249.6 grains /m2 when the density was 6 cm × 5 cm, the height of virus-free plant decreased as the density decreased, the density of potato plant decreased with stem diameter of potato, and the number of branches of virus-free plant showed no correlation with density. [Conclusion] The breeder seed should be planted in the tent with the transplanting density of 6 cm x 5 cm.关键词
