摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To determine the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), lactic acid (ID) and activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in brain and lung of mice with experimental hypoxia. [ Method] 18 mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (group 1) , acute hypoxia group (group 2) and acute CO poisoning group (group 3). The content of MDA,LD and activity of LDH in the mice.of three treatment groups were determined. [ Result] MDA and LD levels were significantly increased in the group 2 and group 3 compared to control group both in brain and lung. The activity of LDH of both group 2 and groups 3 was significantly lower in lung compared to control group, but showed no significant change in brain. MDA and LD contents in lung and brain were easy to change at the initial stage of hypoxia, their changes might be related to their damage degree. The change of LDH showed that lung was more sensitive than brain to the damage of free radicals produced by hypoxia. [ Conclusion ] The model provided theoretical support and practical guidelines for the hypoxia appeared in production of aquatic products and livestock farming systems.
