摘要
Abstract
Through observation, the optimal concentration of three neurotransmitters for the growth of Dugesia was obtained, and the impact of three neurotransmitters on the feeding behavior of Dugesia was analyzed by video image analysis and IPP image processing technology. As indicated by the results, compared with the control group, the best concentration of glutamate, γ-aminobutyric acid, physostigmine and acetylcho-line all inhibited the feeding behavior.of Dugesia, especially physostigmine, the Dugesia treated by γ-aminobutyric acid for 72 h moved the fastest, one Dugesia found food. Four Dugesia treated by glutamate for 24 h found food. No Dugesia in other groups found food. The experiment also proved that, the impact of various neurotransmitters on the feeding behavior of Dugesia varied with different treatment time.关键词
