摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The aim was to explore effects of drought stress on the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in Pinus flexilts James, seedlings. [Method] Contents of MDA in two-year-old seedlings of six Pinus flexliis James. Provenances like Ra, Rsi, Rs, Rg, Rsd and Rl under drought stress were determined by thibabituric acid (TBA) method. [ Result ] Provenances Rsi and Ra had a lower content of MDA during the whole process of drought stress, and the damage of their membranous was relatively small, so their drought-resistance capacity was relatively strong. On the contrary, provenance Rs had a higher content of MDA, and damage of its membranous was the most serious, so its drought-resistance capacity was the weakest. [ Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for studies on the drought resistance mechanism of Pinus flexilis James.
