SPE-GC/ECD联用方法对水体中痕量多氯有机化合物分析研究
Analysis of Polychlorinated Organic Compounds in Water Body by SPE-GC/ECD
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to realize simultaneously determine PCOCs in water body, it was helpful to find their residual levels and assess environmental risk. [ Method] This study focused on the separation and concentration of PCOCs from water body by solid phase extraction ( SPE) , and the analysis of PCOCs applying gas chromatography-electron capture detector ( GC/ECD). [ Result ] Pentachlorotolune ( PCT) and decachlorobiphenyl ( DCB) were chosen as the internal standard compounds. It was shown that a new method for the simultaneous determination of 22 PCOCs by using SPE-GC/ECD can obtain good recovery beyond 60% for most compositions. [Conclusion] SPE-GC/ECD combination for PCOCs multi-residues in water has been proven to be simple, rapid and accurate.关键词
