Determination of Methyl Carbamate in Red Wine by HPLC-MS

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study aimed to establish a kind of HPLC-MS method for determining the methyl carbamate ( MC) in red wine. [ Method ] After the liquor samples were filtered by 0.45 μn microporous membranes , they was extracted and purified by SPE ( solid phase extraction, NH2 ) and concentrated by the nitrogen-blow treatment, and then made for the qualitative and quantitative analysis by HPLC-MS. The HPLC conditions were as follows:the column was cyano pesticide residues chromatographic column (250 mm μ4.6 mm I. D. ,5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (80:20,) ,the flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min,the wavelength was 195 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl; the MS conditions were as follows: the ion source was electrospray ionization (ESI) , the scanning mode was positive ion scan, the flow rate of drying gas was 8.0 L/min, the temperature of drying gas was 350℃, the scanning range was 50 - 200 m/z and the pressure of the evaporative gas was 275. 8 kPa. [Result] MC had good linear relation in the range of 0.1 -20 ℃g/ml, with the correlation coefficient of 0.996 0, average recovery of 83.40% and RSD of 6.8%. [ Conclusion] The established method had better precision and accuracy, and had the characteristics such as simple sample treatment, low detection limit and short analysis time, which was suitable for the determination of MC in the red wine.
