Research on Model of Rural Residential Land Consolidation
摘要
Abstract
According to the status and problems of rural residential land in Kunming City, this paper deeply and systematically discussed the models of rural residential land consolidation based on different socio-economic conditions of different counties. The space-based analysis models of rural residential land consolidation included urbanization model, village reform model, village immigrate model, move and merge model. The rural residential land consolidation models based on organization, management and financing include] government-led model, market-oriented model and village-oriented model.关键词
