摘要
Abstract
A lot of problems in current Agricultural Products Quality Security Law and management are introduced, such as system problems, namely lack of accountability mechanisms, management authority is unclear; operating problems, namely fuzzy-concept of agricultural products, the effect of simple test is unclear. Combining with problems in executing law practice, using methods of sociology standard study and comparative study, taking agricultural products quality as institutional goal, under the existing system of intensify supervision, by defining subject of liability, resolving law enforcement problems, etc. , improve agricultural products quality assurance level.关键词
