摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To investigate on the effects of different concentrations of Na2SeO3 on the yield, quality and Se-accumulation of Gano-derma lucidum. [ Methods] Plate natural breeding method was used to select the G. Lucidum. Cultivation experiment of the strain selected was conducted. Taking biomass and mycelium polysaccharide yield as the indices, effects of different concentrations of Na2SeO3 on the yield, quality and Se-accumulation of G. Lucidum were studied. [ Results] Results of pate natural breeding showed that the stain Taizhi No. 1 had the greatest biomass and polysaccharide yield. Therefore, Taizhi No. 1 was selected as the test object for Se-accumulation. Adding Na,SeO3 in the liquid mediums could effectively promote the growth of thalli, but had no significant promotion on the synthesis of polysaccharide. When the Na2SeO3 concentration reached 0.08% , the biomass yield was the maximum. Adding Na2SeO3 in the cultivation mediums had certain promotion on the growth of G. Lucidum and the synthesis of polysaccharide. Se content in fruiting body of G. Lucidum enhanced as the concentration of Na2SeO3 increased. [ Conclusion ] Adding Na, SeO, in the cultivation mediums could promote the synthesis of polysaccharide and the growth of fruiting body of G. Lucidum. Se content in fruiting body of G. Lucidum enhanced as the concentration of Na2SeO3 increased.
