2味中药复方对大鼠胃黏膜损伤保护作用及血液指标的影响
Effect of Two Chinese Herbal Compounds on the Protection of Gastric Mucosal Lesion in Rat and Its Blood Index
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To observe the effects of two Chinese herbal compounds ( LWZY) on the protection of gastric mucosal lesion in rat and its blood index. [ Method] By using the model of gastric mucosal lesion by anhydrous alcohol, the model of gastric mucosal lesion by aspirin, the model of gastric mucosal lesion by hydrochloric acid, the preventive medicine was intragastrically administrated, the indices of gastric mu-cosa damage index, prothrombin time (FT) , fibrinogen (FIB) , activate part blood coagulation time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) were selected to evaluate the anti-gastric mucosal lesion performance of two Chinese herbal compounds and its impact on the blood index. [Result] Cimetidine and LWZY each dose treatment group had significant protective effects on rats in model of gastric mucosal lesion by anhydrous alcohol , the model of gastric mucosal lesion by aspirin and the model of gastric mucosal lesion by hydrochloric acid, the gastric mucosa damage index of all treatment groups significantly reduced compared with that of model group (P < 0.05 ;P < 0.01) , the blood in the anhydrous alcohol model with LWZY reduced significantly in PT, FIB, APTT and TT compared to the normal group (P <0. 05 ;P <0.01) with a statistic significance; the blood in the hydrochloric acid model increased slightly in PT, FIB, APTT and TT than the normal group; PT, and FIB of LWZY group significantly reduced compared with model group, but without statistic significance, APTT and TT were reduced significantly ( P < 0. 05; P < 0.01), and had a statistic significance, the index of blood in aspirin model PT, FIB, APTT and TT are marked increase with the normal group, model group with LWZY is reduced significantly in PT, FIB, APTT and TT compared to model group (P <0.05 ;P<0.01) , and had statistic significance. [Conclusion] LWZY could significantly protect the anhydrous alcohol, aspirin, hydrochloric acid caused rat gastric mucosa damage, and promote blood clotting in vivo, the action mechanism might be related to the blood coagulation factor and hormone level.关键词
