壮药狮子尾的生药学研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To study the pharmacognostical characteristics of Rhaphidophora hongkongensis Schott. [ Method] The cross-section of stem and leaf and the medicinal powder of Rhaphidophora hongkongensis Schott. Were identified under microscope and their physiochemical characteristics were identified. [ Result ] Rhaphidophora hongkongensis Schott had obvious cross section of monocotyledons characteristics, and large secretory cavity was below its epidermis of stem, cortex and pith were scattered outside the limited ductile type of vascular bundle, and fiber bundles was on the outer surface of phloem, large xylem vessels was in the center of stem; endoderm was obvious; the main vein of leaf cross-section was mostly scattered in the limited tough type of vascular, most of the spongy tissue were scattered in the secretory cavities. Large stellate hairs could be seen in the whole plant powder; common druse was single or clustered in the parenchyma cells; number of calcium ox-alate raphides was large; color reaction and TLC reactions were positive for steroids. [Conclusion] The experiment studied the pharmacognostical characteristics of Rhaphidophora hongkongensis Schott. , and provided scientific basis for the identification of medicines.关键词
