微波密闭消解ICP-AES法测定宁夏枸杞中矿物元素
Determination of Mineral Elements in Lycium barbarum L. from Ningxia by Sealed Microwave Digestion ICP-AES
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To determine the content of mineral elements in Lycium barbarum L. From Ningxia. [ Methods] Taking HNO3-H2O2 as the acids system,the sample was digested by sealed microwave digestion system. Inorganic elements in L barbarum from Ningxia,including K, Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Pb and Cr.were also detected. Based on the test on recovery rate, the reliability of data was verified. [ Results] Compared with standard deviation, this method was 5% lower. The recovery rate was between 94.40% and 107.00% . The high accuracy indicated that the data was reliable. [ Conclusion] This method was rapid,simple,accurate and could satisfied the sample examination request with more elements together, which provided a scientific method for the research on mineral content and products quality of L. Barbarum.关键词
