摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from RADIX PUERARIAE Roots. [Method] On the basic of one single factor test,the orthogonal test was conducted with the factors of temperature,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times. [ Result] The optimum extraction process: solid-liquid ratio of 1:15, temperature of 90 ℃, ,3 h and twice extraction. The yield of polysaccharide from RADIX PUERARIAE was 13.95%. [ Conclusion] The stable process provided a basis for the development and application of polysaccharide from RADIX PUERARIAE.关键词
