Abstract

[ Objective ] To extract the swertiamarin and gentiopicroside from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE. [ Method ] The macro-porous obsorbent resin No. 9 developed by Zhejiang University was used to extract swertiamarin and gentiopicroside from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE, based on the single factor experimental results, orthogonal experiment and optimized parameters, the extraction system of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside was established with the absorbance as the response value and the contents of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside as the evaluation indexes. [ Result ] Under 0.02 g/ml sample concentration, 95% ethanol eluent and 3.0 ml/min flow rate, the extraction of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside was the best. [Conclusion] The method was economical, practical and rapid, which could be used for the extraction of effective components from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE.
