青果总黄酮的急性毒性及镇痛作用研究
Study on Acute Toxicity and Analgesic Effect of Total Flavonoids from FRUCTUS CANARII
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To observe the acute toxicity and analgesic effect of total flavonoids from FRUCTUS CAN ARII, [ Method] Mice in experimental medicine group were intragastrically administered total flavonoids from FRLCTUS CANARII, with the thickest concentration and the largest volume permitted. Mice in control group were administered the equal volume of solvent. The acute toxicity reaction of mice was observed in the successive 7 days. The analgesic effect of total flavonoids from FRUCTUS CANARII was observed by using the writhing assay and the hot-plate method in mice. [ Result] After 7 days, all mice in the experimental medicine and control groups survived. The weight of mice in the two groups respectively increased by 28.0% and 25. 0% (P > 0.05), no acute toxicity was observed in both groups. The maximal tolerant dose (MTD) of total flavonoids from FRUCTUS CANARII by ig in mice was 11. 46 g/kg, which was about 115 times of adult clinical daily dose. Total flavonoids from FRUCTUS CANARII reduced the times of writhing induced by intraperitorteal injection of acetic acid in mice, improved pain threshold in hot-plate. [ Conclusion J Total flavonoids from FRUCTUS CANARII have little acute toxicity and good analgesic effect in mice.关键词
