Preliminary Study on Infrared Spectroscopy of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. and Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz. from Guangxi

摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To develop a rapid method for identifying and evaluating Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Species with IR spectruras. [ Method] IR spectrums were applied to research Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. , samples collected from 10 different producing areas and Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Samples collected from 7 different producing areas in Guangxi Province. Then, the baseline of infrared spectrums was smoothed and corrected using Omnic 7.0 software, and each sample's similarity was calculated u-sing their average spectrum as the standard spectrum. Based upon theirs infrared spectrum's characteristic absorption peaks and the similarity, these samples were identified and evaluated. [Result] The characteristic absorption peaks of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. From Guangxi Province were obtained. The similarity of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. Samples ranged from 0. 976 7 to 0.993 4 with the RSD 0. 58% (n = 10). Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Samples'similarity was in the range of 0.685 4 to 0. 823 8 with the RSD of 6.92% (n = 6). [ Conclusion ] This method is a simple, fast and stable one that can be used to identify and evaluate the species of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz.
