摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The aim was to study effect of different concentrations (1/10、1/50、1/100、1/200) water extract from Mrais nepalensis D. Don. On the seed germination and allelopathic physiology and biochemistry characteristics effects of Pinus yunnanensis Faranch.. [ Method] Pre -test tube method was used with qualitative analysis of organic components of water extract from A. Nepalensis D. Don . [ Results ] The study showed that water extract from A. Nepalensis D. Don contained ammo acids and proteins, organic acids, sugars, and phenolic compounds, without alkaloids and tannin compounds. Seed germination capacity, respiratory rate.α-amylase and protease activity were significantly inhibited in high concentrations after seeds were treated by water extract , with the concentration of water extract decreased, the effect of inhibition became weakening, even changed to promote. [ Conclusion] To control of Alnus nepalensis ratio was very important in P. Yunnanensis Faranch and A. Nepalensis D. Don. Mixed forest. The appropriate mixed proportion could avoid inhibition and play a role in promoting and enhance the stability of mixed forest.
