Abstract
Harvest maturity is an important factor that affects the storage quality of fruits. The aticle reviews relationships between harvest maturity and postharvest physiology, fruit softening, postharvest pathology and storage quality, in order to provide references for improving the fruit quality and reducing postharvest losses.关键词
