Internalization of Farmland External Benefit under Balancing Rural and Urban Development
摘要
Abstract
Compensation of farmland external benefit internalization not only contributes to farmland protection, but also is useful attempt and important manifestation of balance of rural and urban development. Based on the analysis of the agricultural subsidies under current farmland control failed to meet the internalization of external benefit, it was proposed that the farmland protection foundation shall raise funds to provide incentive compensation to farmers per year with zoning according to external benefit value, and implement safeguard measures,so as to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas.关键词
