Study on Off-site Transfer Problems of Surplus Rural Labor and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
A series of problems triggered by off-site transfer of surplus rural labor were analyzed, then the countermeasures for "sequelae" of off-site transfer of surplus rural labor were proposed, namely, broadening rural employment channels, attracting high-quality labor force working nearby; perfecting rural employment environment continually, promoting local transfer of surplus rural labor; promoting "prevention" and "treatment" simultaneously, macroscopically controlling the occurrence and development of "urban disease"; encouraging the development of rural tourism with special culture; developing urban and rural areas, mitigating problems of "empty nester" and "left-behind children".关键词
