“三农”视角下陕西种植业保险市场分析
Analysis on Crop Farming Insurance Market from Issues Concerning Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers
摘要
Abstract
Current situation is not good for crop farming insurance market in Shaanxi Province. Through analysis, it is found there are following outstanding problems in development of crop farming insurance. Firstly,risks of crop fanning are various,occurrence frequency is high and losses are great. Secondly .effective supply of commercial insurance companies for crop fanning insurance is seriously inadequate. Thirdly, farmers' demands are restricted. Fourthly,it is lack of system support of government for crop farming insurance. From the point of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers,it puts forward strategies for development of crop farming insurance in Shaanxi Province. These include:encourage commercial insurance companies to actively enter crop farming insurance market; establish perfect agricultural reinsurance system; strengthen propaganda of crop farming insurance and speed up agricultural industrialization; enhance policy support for crop farming insurance to promote its development.关键词
