我国农民外出务工收入的影响因素分析——基于山西省调研数据的实证研究
Analysis of Factors Influencing Migrant Workers' Income in China
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of conducting field survey of migrant workers in 18 counties of Shanxi Province,this article analyses the basic characteristics of migrant workers in Shanxi Province,and adopts revised Mincer model to conduct empirical analysis of various factors concerning the income of migrant workers in Shanxi Province. The results show that age,gender,skills and other factors,have significant impact on migrant workers' income, while the educational level and the working location within the province have inconspicuous impact on migrant workers' income. Therefore, in order to improve the income of migrant workers in Shanxi Province,we must adopt some measures as follows:train the migrant workers to promote their vocational skills; expand employment space; promote integration of agricultural production,supply and marketing.关键词
