摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the tissue culture technology of petiole from Pteridium aquilinum L.. [ Method ] By adding different concentration of 6-BA and IAA into the 1/2 MS medium, their effects on the tissue culture technology of Pteridium aquilinum L. Were studied. [ Result ] 1/2 MS +0.2 mg/L 6-BA +0.4 mg/L 1BA was the best callus induction medium with the induction rate of 82% ; 1/2 MS +0. 2 mg/L IBA +0. 2 mg/L 6-BA was the best callus proliferation medium with the proliferation multiple of 8.07; the best rooting media was 1/2 MS + 0.4 mg/L IBA with the rooting rate of 100% , the roots number was large,and the root was lony and robust. [Conclusion]The experiment provided references for the tissue culture of Pteridium aquilinum L..关键词
