金银花等6种中草药对痢疾杆菌体外抑菌效果研究
Study on the Antibacterial Effects of 6 Kinds of Chinese Herbs Medicines on Shigella dysenteriae in vitro

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the antibacterial effects of 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines on S. Dysenteriae in vitro. [ Methods] Selecting FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE, RHIZOMA COPTIDIS, GALLA CHINENSIS, FRUCTUS FORSYTH1AE, HERBA AN-DROGRAPHIS, HERBA TARAXACI, and using boiling components to extract their effective constituents, moreover, the antibacterial effects of those 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines on S. Dysenteriae in vitro were measured. [ Result ] The extracting solution of 6 kinds of Chinese herbs medicines had different antibacterial effects on S. Dysenteriae, among which the antibacterial effects of FRUCTUS FORSYTHIAE and RHIZOMA COPTIDIS were better, and the MBC were 31.3 and 31.2 mg/ml, respectively. [Conclusion] Different Chinese herbs medicines had different antibacterial effects.关键词
