美洲大蠊提取物对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠作用研究
Experiment of Periplaneta americana Extracts on Diabetic Mice Induced by Alloxan
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effect of Periplaneta americana extracts on blood glucose of diabetic mice induced by alloxan. [Method] The diabetic mice induced by alloxan were randomly divided into five groups, including model control group, metformin (250 mg/kg) group, low Periplaneta americana extracts dose group (25 mg/kg), medium dose group (50 mg/kg) and high dose group (100 mg/kg), the mice in model group were given the same volume of psychological saline, the fasting blood sugar and body weight of mice in each group were determined at the end of the 7, 14,21 and 28 d, the drinking water amount was recorded everyday at the 25-28 d. The NOS content in serum was detected after 28 d. [ Result] The Periplaneta americana extracts at the three doses could reduce the weight loss, polydipsia and polyphagia of diabetic mice, the blood sugar of mice in medium and high dose group was lowered (P＜0. 05) and their NOS contpnts were lower than that in control group(P＜0.01). [Conclusion] Extracts of Periplaneta americana had protective effects on diabetic mice induced by alloxan, and the mechanism might be related to its role in reducing the level of NOS in blood serum.关键词
