喙尾琵琶甲提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性研究
Study on the in vitro Antineoplastic Activity of the Extract from Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to observe the inhibitory action of the extract of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire on in vitro cultured human tumor cell lines. [Method] Extract of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire, get different parts by silica gel column chromatography, detecting the growth inhibition of different parts on human leukemia cell line K562 and HL-60, human lung cancer cell line A549 by MTT assaying. [ Result] The growth inhibition ratio was above 69% that the three highest concentration (300 u,g/ml) of crude extracts, petroleum ether and chloroform part effect on K562, HL-60 and A549, and half inhibitory concentration (IC50 ) was below 100 μg/ml. [ Conclusion ] The crude extract of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire, petroleum ether and chloroform parts have a good inhibition on K562, HL-60 and A549.关键词
