Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the adsorption effect of Cd2+ in water by oxidized starch. [ Method ] Oxidized starch was prepared by using soluble starch as material and 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. Adsorption effect of Cd2+ in water by oxidized starch and the factors affecting adsorption properties were investigated, and the adsorption isotherm was studied. [ Result] The adsorption of Cd2+ in water by oxidized starch was affected by adsorption temperature, pH, the amount of adsorption reagents and adsorption time, among them pH was most important. The optimal adsorption conditions were pH 5, adsorption temperature 30℃, adsorption time 4 h and the amount of adsorption reagents 3 g, and the removal rate of Cd2+ in water reached 82.15% . The adsorption behavior of oxidized starch to Cd2+ fit well into the Lang-muir model under the experimental condition. [ Conclusion] The oxidized starch prepared by using soluble starch as material and 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant shows good adsorption effect to Cd2+ in water.关键词
