摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the optimal extraction process of polysaccharide in Chrysanthemum. [ Method] By dint of orthogonal and single-factor experiments, the influences of microwave efficiency, extraction time, and liquid ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccha-rides in Chrysanthemum were examined. The optimal craft condition of microwave extraction was established and compared with traditional extraction method. [ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were:power 800 W,solid-liquid ratio 1:15,extraction time 15 min,and the polysac-charides extraction rate under such optimal condition was 5. 59% . The extraction rate of impregnation was generally about 2. 73%. [ Conclusion ] Compared with the traditional extraction method, the microwave extraction was simple, convenient, energy saving, and efficient, and was suitable for industrial extraction of polysaccharide.
