摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the optimum extraction technology of prickly ash seed oil, determine its kinds and contents of fatty acids. [Method] Prickly ash seed oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction technology and ultrasonic extraction technology separately, and the optimum extraction technology was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The components of the extracted prickly ash seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result ] The optimum conditions of soxhlet extraction technology were as follows: with petroleum ether as solvent, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:13, extraction temperature 75 ℃, extraction time 2.0 h. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction technology were as follows; with petroleum ether as solvent, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:13, extraction time 90 min. Prickly ash seed oil contains nine main fatty acids, and its unsaturated fatty acids content is higher. [ Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for development and exploitation of prickly ash seed oil.
