Abstract
The paper investigated the present situation of basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, urban and rural security system for the old and disabled in Wuhu, the problems in present urban and rural social security system were proposed, and the suggestions were presented, it was pointed out that we should try to establish a fair health and security system to accelerate the urbanization process.关键词
